Seems a possessed system has landed on the bench.
The system card test fine on other pce but not this one. It will load with alternating color screens each boot but the arcade card pro loads just fine. I believe they are the same type of card other then extra ram?
Help expunge the demons!

Is one of the system cards an Arcade DUO card? Or any kind of the DUO specific cards? If I remember correctly, those cards only work correctly on DUO systems.
I could be incorrect about this, as I've never tried it. If I am, someone please feel free to correct me.

Arcade duo will work on duo/-r/rx. The pce with interface require the arcade card pro

I've actually run into this problem with a 3.0 card before. Worked fine when plugged into my SuperGrafx, would not work when plugged in via a convertor into a TG16. I took a pink eraser to the contacts on top of the card. Reapplied the convertor and it worked.
Some systems card slots are pickier about reading cards than others.

Did the eraser and owner even poped the cheery on a nib card

back the card out of the slot slightly and see what happens. If it works then the card pins need a good cleaning.
Sometimes I'll go as far as to scrape the surface each pin with a small flat head screw driver. Then follow that with a tooth brush and rubbing alcohol.
