"At E3 2015, Microsoft confirmed it will bring Xbox-only games to Windows 10 including Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Killer Instinct. "We’re going to allow people to play on PC, to play on console, to play back and forth.” Re-watch the press conference here."

This is more of a reason not to get a PS4 than negatively affecting the Xbox One. Xbox One gets both the games and more players to match up with online. PS4 gets none of these exclusives.

I suppose. Just feel kind of bad for those guys who got Xbox One's and have a semi modern pc that is able to play Xbox One games.. Seems like a familiar tactic I have seen before back in the Commodore days.

Good lord I misread it, you stream from your local xbox one to your pc! Man I'm a dufus today :/

From what I read you will be able to do that with any and all XBOX One games via Windows 10. I hope we get more details on Crackdown soon, one of my favorite MS exclusives.

Unless I missed something I still see no reason to get either console, unless there is some exclusive you are truly dieing to play. I built my computer before either was even released and it still kicks the crap out of both hardware wise, and pc games often cost 2/3 less then the console versions..

The reason is cost, as no $350/$400 computer will be able to match (or exceed) the capabilities of a xbone/ps4.

Well you could upgrade your existing pc if it was built/bought in the past 2-3 years... Bottom line, I misread the article assuming you can just use Xboxone digital downloads on your pc without having to own the actual console.

I think I'm def not in a rush to get a next gen console, but I will make sure my computer can play Cuphead. That game looks amazing.
