I have this device here:

It lets you play PCE Hucards on US systems, and vice-versa.  I've got an everdrive so I don't need it.  Anyone want it?  $85 shipped in the US.

What's with the chip? Does this converter actually work both ways, like you said? If so I'd love to know how it's done.
