I'm looking a SEGA Game Gear That works for under 20$ (yes I'm on a budget), or just tell where they sell these not eBay it sucks!

I think a game gear recapped is worth more than $20

Unfortunately, yeah.  Recapping jobs alone on these are usually $40.

Might want to see if you can find a Majesco game gear as they were made later, appear to use better caps and have a better screen. Still for less than 20.00 you're likely out of luck.
