Well, about 3 years ago I won a raffle from T2KFreeker for SFII on the PCE and have enjoyed it immensely, however I finally got my mitts on a complete copy of the game so I am re-raffling the original loose HuCard that I got from him back in 2012.
I'm going to let it run until the end of the month, August 31st, and choose a winner then.
Since I'm sure a number of folks may have this already, I'm setting a minimum post count of just 50 as requirements for entry. I will ship free of charge to anywhere in the US, if you're international you are free to enter as well though if you win I may ask for a couple bucks if shipping to you is super ridiculous in price.
Entrants:
pissengine (pending 50)
GreatSwirl
grolt
johnnykonami
wildfruit
Groover
o.pwuaioc
escarioth
paybacks3
agent_orange
Sparky
Punch

You've got well over a week to get to 50. Go to Fighting Street and cause some drama and you'll be there in no time. :P

I confess to not being very good at the chaining and combos and stuff that the Street Fighter games require to master, but like most of you I was a massive SFII fan back in the day - bought it day one when it finally hit the Genesis and still fire up the copy. I love comparing ports of the same game on different systems to see the limitations and the flourishes of each platform. From what I hear this is arguably the best version so I'd love to have a chance to Chun Li my way through it. Thanks for offering it up!
-
I'll take a stab at this one, thanks! I always thought the PCE version looked pretty sweet from the screenshots I saw of it.
-
Sure sign me up please. I want to compare it to SSF2 turbo on MD . Also id like to torture myself with a regular control pad.
My favourite has to be SF2X on Dreamcast tho.

Please sign me up. I just picked up Fighting Street. I also have 2 6 button controllers and this would be great. Thanks for setting up this raffle.
-
Just dropping off some TurboKarma for a nice raffle...
-
Don't sign me up, as I already have this game, but kudos to you for this raffle!
-
Please sign me up. I regret ever getting rid of this game. :(
-
I might've entered in the past, but eh, with a Turbo Everdrive flashcart and not having any region adapter or mod, it's a waste for me to possibly win it and keep it from going to someone else who'll make good use of it. Good luck to all!
-
oh :) i wanted to give that steet fighter II a try a while back.
i'm a big fan of the old snes version so i'm very curious about the pc engine version :)
if there's still a place left i would gladly try my best
-
It's a free bump, as you know, I already have this Xele, but may Turbob, the Patron Saint of Obey bestow upon you serious Karma and blessings for being so generous with another awesome raffle and keeping this game in the community!

Lol, I have tons of those Ani-Mayhem cards left as dupes to my set so I throw them in occasionally ;) It loved looking at the artwork and the series when I was in school.

Well, thanks for the cool bonus! I am an avid board gamer but I never really got into any collectable card games like MTG, so this is pretty neat. I am addicted to the more modern hearthstone (JohnnyTurbo#1933 if you want to add, anybody doing so let me know you're from pcefx) but that's it really. I do wonder if they just sorta got away with using all of these different licenses for Ani-Mayhem, seems like it could easily be a legal problem, right?

Well, Ani-Mayhem (originally) was put together using licenses from Pioneer at the time for all the series. The second and last set used DBZ properties, but it was all licensed from the IP owners as far as I know. I don't mess with CCGs anymore though, too much time and money ;)
