Title: One Dollar bill - how much is it worth?
Post by: Otaking on August 21, 2015, 04:08:04 AM: A friend is asking to buy my one dollar bill. I always kept my notes in good condition. I'm the one hundred and first owner, basically untouched. At worst the condition for it is is 8/10 but I'd say it is 9/10. How much do you guys think it is worth? I've seen it used for things costing $1 in stores in the past. Thanks for your help!

If you hold it in the sunlight at precisely 12:03pm on the 5th wednesday of the 10000th leap year (gregorian calendar of course). It should cast a shadow on the ground that resembles "whistler's mother". If so... Id say its worth at least 7 Rupees. Il give you 1 first class USPS stamp for it!

If it was a rare note from say a different year, rare serial number and issue then it could cost thousands of dollars.
