Title: How do you play Fire Pro Wrestling?

So I grabbed a handful of cheap loose hucards off of Rakuten, one of which was Fire Pro Wrestling 3.  Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time figuring out the mechanics of this game.  I seem to sometimes pull off some kind of move, but mostly get tossed around until I lose, and I'm not sure how to influence it.  Could someone help me get the basics down so that I can at least win a match sometimes?
