About the hard drive, I wrote a tutorial somewhere how to use official Xbox 360 slim hard drives in the fat lady, so you can enjoy 500 GB without experiencing the restrictions and frequent failures of the bootlegged HDDs sold on eBay.

Thanks for the offer but I just picked up a cheap component cable. You should probably sell that adapter on ebay.. they go for a ton of money!

Do you have a link for this?

If there are any questions left, feel free to ask :)

Turns out I did only wrote a German language tutorial, if there's any need for an English translation, please let me know. But I thought there's no real need, since there are already some videos available in English describing the dismanteling and rebuilding process of the HDD caddies.

I've been looking for a Japanese 360 to play Ziria off and on ever since it was released. This thread reminded me to look again and I finally found one with hdmi for $150 shipped. :)

Best of all, I now have the ability to capture HD video, so I'll recording my second playthrough.

A friend of mine visited Tokyo recently and scored a non-HDMI Xbox 360 for around 20 Euro including AC adaptor and a D-Terminal component video cable.

The console works, but unsurprisingly for such an old model the cooling fan is loud as a jet engine.
