I have a stack of loose PCE Hueys that I don't want.
I'll take a picture later since I'm at work, but there's Victory Run, R-Type I, maybe Samurai Ghost and some other shit in there. There's maybe 8 of them, I dunno.
Edit: Got the stack in front of me now. Necromancer, Energy, R-Type I, Victory Run, Space Harrier, Samurai Ghost, some f*cken Mahjong Academy deal, Benkei Gaiden, Momotarou Densetsu Turbo, and Super Momotarou Dentetsu 2.
Here's the deal though. This isn't going to be a random drawing. So how do you win this AMAZING STACK OF OBEY?
Guess the final total of the RetroVGS crowdfunding campaign, without going over!
Since we don't know how long the campaign will be, I am going to have to set an arbitrary end date/time once it gets posted, but it's going to be SOON, so get your guesses in now!!!
Normal raffle rules apply. No n00blets, leeches, flippers, or people I don't like (which is like 3 people, so probably not you.)
This post was formatted to make it look as obnoxious as possible, but I assure you that this raffle is real.
I am going to go out on a limb and say $34, 156 - about 85 people at $400... I am going to further guess that 83 of those backers have Battlesphere on their shelves.

I'm not sure if I'm still too noob to enter. I won't loose any sleep over it either way. But the premise behind this thread is just to amazing to not be involved.
I think there are enough collectards and people drinking the kool-aid to get a decent amount of money. But it won't be the 7000 install base they are hoping for. My vote is $523,251. Which by my estimations is a little over 1200 people backing at an average of a little over $400.

I agree. The hardcore supporters have been waiting for the campaign to go live, It's been live now for over 6 hours and they have less than $50k. It's a LONG road to $1.95 million.
No more guesses, bitches. I mean, you can still post guesses but they will no longer count towards the raffle.

IMO a best case scenario would have them maintain this lethargic pace until one final big push at the end. If this occurs it just may hit around my initial prediction. With a real nice push at the end the victory may actually go to me. Or more likely in true "Price is Right" fashion ToyMachine78 will be the closest without going over.
A more likely scenario will have them maintain this current pace or slightly less till the end with no real boost at the end. And this race is going to be between JohnnyKonami and ToyMachine78.

Well, if they shut it down early then we will just go with whatever the backer total was when they ended it. And I too think that they are going to shut it down early. Having that seriously-underfunded campaign hanging out there, along with the foot that Mike Kennedy keeps sticking in his mouth, is just about the worst PR that you can get.

Had they used Kickstarter, they could have more easily done that. Hell, they might still do that a day or two before the campaign ends. Any "shill backers" backing the thing now would have to wait almost 2 months to get their money back.

If they wanted to instill confidence, they wouldn't even bring up a handful of backers backing out, they'd just calmly move forward and have everyone believe they expect to make it up as the campaign moved along. 5 backers is nothing to lose your shit over, even when the projections overall aren't good for them. They have to maintain some sort of press filter to keep up appearances of professionalism.

Looks like it just took another decent hit. Down to $63,925. I don't think you can cancel an indiegogo campaign after someone pledges.
It was down to $63,888 before the $10 & $37 "anonymous" pledges.
4 of the last 5 "backers" have been "anonymous" and either $37 or $10.
Looks like there's a few fans of the system trying to stop the whole thing from just becoming a stampede out.

Looks like 63,546 is the number - they have posted that they are pulling the plug on the IGG campaign... Mike posted that they will be taking it down as soon as IGG tells them how to do it...
Again - typical Mike style - posting in public too soon. Why didn't he just find out how to cancel the campaign, cancel it, and then post something about it? Cart before horse syndrome.
Now, here is what I hope to happen:
Backers see that Mike is asking for IGG's help in taking down the campaign, withdraw their pledges early, bringing the total down to MY NUMBER, and I win the sweet stack o hueys... Yessir!
