Can any of you guys tell me the value of Cap 884 in a Duo-R? Thanks!
-
I too would like to know.
Also what is a "cap"? I always here about the "caps" being replaced on DUOs.
Thanks.

Cap in reference to Capacitor meaning an electronic component that functions as temporary electrical storage and has various uses in electronics. On these old consoles, typically when people refer to capping the refer to the replacement of electrolytic type capacitors which have either leaked or dried out and are no longer performing their intended function.
I dont have a Duo R in front of me, but someone should be able to chime in soon with the OPs requested information.
