I took mine apart to repair the controller port when I got it, but I did not take pic's. Are you looking for tech info or for a project?

Mine was sold working, but the controller port was noted (and discounted accordingly). It came loose, so my first power supply I tried was bad and took me a bit to figure that out(bad amps, can't check on multimeter). You sure the wall wort is solid? Never heard of caps being bad or it there was a fuse but I'd assume so. Shuttle looks is cool even if it does not work.
