Hit up Keith Courage or Turbokon.

Are you asking how to do it or do you want someone to do it for you? I have removed quite a few and replaced it with a mini din port. Its pretty easy. or are you wanting to put a 1/8" jack in and not a mini din. if so, you probably can leave the RF box in place.

not really sure. i dont usually do commissions. you should ask Keith Courage as he would probably do it for you. If hes not available I can do it. Im not sure what you want to replace it with. would cost more to do RGB since you would need an amp installed. If its just composite you want, should be cheaper.

I charge $28 plus the cost of the return shipping(Probably $6-$8). Includes the AV cable as well. This is for Composite video with stereo outs.
I just did one of these for someone else. Here are some pics of a finished product.
