Title: Looking for a CIC NEUTOPIA

I am looking for a complete copy of NEUTOPIA willing to pay a reasonable price if anybody has a spare copy does not have to have original cardboard packaging but would be nice just game sleeve jewel case and manual.

You should change the listing to CIC if you do not want the box. CIB generally means in the box, that you said you don't want...

Just a heads up is all. If I had a CiC Neotpoia and you had this CIB I would most likely not be motivated to come in and say, I have a CIC if that is not what you were looking for.... Just my 2 cents.
