Title: dawn of ys help

Can anyone help with a problem i have with ys 4 on pc engine, i have a walkthrough but am stuck on LEFANCE SHRINE the walkthrough says speak to the woman blocking the left exit.
i have done this but it doesnt work i have tried going back through the game and seeing if ive missed items first time around.

help.......

DUDE!!!!!!!!
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!!!
I thought it was a glitch!!!!
I used a faq to get all the way through,but i got stuck on that part too!! LMAO
I'm sooo happy someone else was stuck on that!!
Lets try to figure this out!
I want to finish this game!!!
I quit it 3 years ago because of this problem!
Now is the time to do it!!!

Hi I'm new here,

I just got stuck at this point in the game this week and I dunno how to get her to move. Did anyone ever figure it out?
