Title: PC Twin control pad
Post by: stlpaul on September 29, 2016, 05:24:37 AM
Saw this unknown-to-me control pad for sale on the famous auction site and it got me curious enough to Google it for 5 minutes... after my exhaustive search I couldn't find any info about it online.  ](*,)

The shape looks like the normal control pads, but there is no HE logo on the front so maybe it is aftermarket. And is that a slow-mo switch on the back?

Looks like a controller for one of the Jamiko clones.

I got a "pc turbo" in a lot of a bunch of consoles and controllers from yahoo japan a while back.  its definitely aftermarket or clone.

it has NES style rubber membranes and not pc engine ones which is kind of interesting i guess.

i think mine has a bad cable though as it currently isnt working right.  im not sure what the switch on the back is for

edit:
i just checked and one pin does not have continuity back to the connector inside the controller.  im not sure if its really worth it to attach another cable, but i may at some point.

Ah-ha yeah, it looks like the same thing to me. Cool to see what the insides look like!
