RGB restored SNES mini:

has borti's SNES RGB Bypass Board V.4a installed.

comes with original power supply and original controller. you will need to get an NTSC scart cable.  I added svideo, an led, and made the cart slot region free.

Good price on that. I already modded a mini, and I am very happy with the picture difference between it and a standard SNES.

I'm pretty surprised that no one has jumped on this.  The picture quality difference between a standard SNES and the 1Chip revision is pretty dramatic.

maybe everyone that wants one, has one by now.  i may have to go to ebay with it but would rather not.

This is literally the best possible image quality you can get from a SNES family console and the mini is the most convenient model.

I already spent more to get one for myself a couple years ago and will never reget it.

If you love SNES, you need this setup.
