I need 2 and having trouble finding them.

how do these things even work with dance games?  you just hold it and dance?
i never understood these or the wii games.  which i imagine work the same way as "move"?

It tracks you arm movements, but it wouldn't be any fun if you weren't "dancing" in some way :)
