This is how they send REPLACEMENT items, after the first one arrives smashed.
..and you have to follow up 6 or 7 times via e-mail to get them to do anything about it.
They also block you on Facebook when you show them this.
f*cking wannabes.
"lets run a high quality Japanese game site with western standards."

lolwut.
what did you order?
and why does it look like it got shipped to you via steamroller?

The first one was crushed, so I said "can you send a new one that is actually secure in the box"
and they went YEAH SURE WE CAN
and proceeded to f*ck up with the force of 1000 cunts.

well, for 130$, I at least expect the giant box that's the size of a skateboard to arrive intact.
but they clearly have the dumb.

Well that's pretty awful. Makes me glad I never ordered from them.

They need to use a heavy shipping box. The way that thing collapsed (without tearing), it must be pretty thin and light weight.

Sounds similar to another western company who shipped defective product. Look on the bright side.. at least they didn't blame the damage on you and you got your money back!

About 6 or so years ago I bought some NES games from nintendosforsale.com their prices were alright so I picked up a few games from them. One of the games I bought was a copy of Panic Restaurant. The game wouldn't work so I opened it up and the thing looked like it had been sitting in water for years! Corrosion everywhere! So I contacted the site back and they swore up and down that the game was fine and they had tested it out before sending it to me. We went back and forth and I asked for a refund but they were being real jerks and would not offer me a refund and said since I opened the game I had voided any type of warranty on it since they thought I did something to the cart (the game didnt have any security stickers on it and it was all corroded). I ended up sending the game back on my own dime with signature confirmation and contacted my credit card company for a refund. It was a huge pain in the ass.. Now that I think about it again I guess there was a bright side as I found a cheaper copy of Panic just a few weeks later for $50 :D

That sucks. And I'm sure the salt in the wound is the fact that now the Mr Happiness Edition is 50% off in their store now too.

I laid into them to the point where some PR dude stepped in.
I got a pretty sizable refund and they're attempting a 3rd send.
I'm going to be drowning in panties.

Controlled rage is always the answer with these crap companies. If you don't, nothing gets done while you play the phone shuffle game.

If you end up with an extra set you don't want, I know a certain robot that could 'dispose' of it properly for you. :-"
