Title: Happy holidays!
Post by: kosko99 on December 21, 2016, 10:09:15 PM
Hi guys!
I am not really active on this forum but I like to be reading all the new (and not so new) posts to learn more about the PCE/Turbo and I am glad I was able to get my system and a bunch of games before it was too late. Thanks to you guys I managed to play few of the best games the system has, impressive shooters like Gates of Thunder or Winds or Thunder (which has one of the best soundtracks PC Engine has, imho) and games like Bonk that kept me playing again and again.
I really want to wish you a wonderful Christmas and all the best for 2017! You are awesome, guys
The spaniard lil noob, K'99
PS: Sorry about my crappy english

I have spent the last 2 weeks up very late wrapping.
Last night, I made a carousel out of a couple of old hat boxes I bought at a flea market. You can turn it with the knob on the top. I'm going to put gift cards on the posts instead of horses. I have been a wrapping maniac this year. lol the posts are drinking straws with battery powered christmas lights stuck in each end. a string of 10 on top and 10 on bottom.
I have spent the last 2 weeks up very late wrapping.
I would love to see more pics of the other projects, your family is very lucky to have such and industrious santa! Merry Christmas, and happy holidays!!

Overachiever.
My gifts usually look like a two year old wrapped them.

Last night I wrapped my fiances gifts while my eyes were dilated by the optometrist, so I can only imagine what they looked like when I was done. I am sure they turned out fine.... for a two year old ;)

I used to be into a type of "project mode" building up to the festive season. Much more so in previous years.
I actually started working on this quite early in the year, whenever I found free time here and there. Life got in the way, as it almost always does, and I let the little project collect dust until very recently.
Almost done with the roof. It should fit and look a tad better with just a little more work.

And from my side just to wish one and all a Merry Xmas! :) and the most important thing to wish you and your family good health and all the best for 2017!

Looks nice! My wrapping starts out really well in the beginning, but near the end I am just like, so tired of all the folding and taping they look pretty lame. Or I just use gift bags and tissue paper.
