Title: TG16 kiosk specs (radio shack)

This is way over due but have been working on this as I have had a few request on demenions and details about my kiosk.

I am going to help source material and hardware as well along with pictures of mine if anyone else decides they want to build one. :)

This is a rough draft so please go easy on my measurements as I want to go into exact details in the end but just laying down the basics.

I will also help with the actual stickers that go on the Kiosk, I made a set for a local guy/freind that has a kiosk with no decals and the set runs about $60 for all the graphics, but I do need to get the letters sourced for die cutting for the plexi as it may be the expensive part but I will find a cheaper option as well.

It will really help down the road to include screw locations etc..  Also is their a metal bracket for the plexi?

I have access to a real woodshop and this summer I will have time to build a bunch of stuff that I need for my home:

(1) built-in shelving, w/ custom doors (doors are finished already).
(2) TG-16 kiosk
(3) as-of-yet unsolved "lightbox" that will allow me to display many (and easily swap in/out) arcade marquees I have sitting in a box in the garage. Currently considering a vertical stack (sheer practicality), but long horizontal displays w/marquees are way more exciting to me (but not as practical...I have no wallspace).

You should build two such lightboxes and give me one for extensive 40-50 year testing.  I have a stack of marquees that need to be seen.

Well, a simple lightbox is not hard to build, at all (nicely finished).

The trick is to accommodate all the different-sized marquees...that's the part that stumps me.

Thanks for the love guys, I got the first set of decals printed up and they look great. Will post Picts and still working on the PDF file, I think I am going to disassemble my kiosk so I can give exact locations for the screws.

Goddamn, that's awesome.

If you see any stickers or interesting things (directions for assembly) take a picture of them!

I am just curious to see to what extent NEC tried to help folks assemble the kiosk.

I know, it sounds boring, but even silly stickers like "front" or "top" or _____.
