I have been out of town for a few days but I added a link to pics in original post. 

compil3r, I haven't responded to your PM as I am awaiting response from 2 other folks that PM'd me ahead of you.  I also need to go to the post office and get a shipping quote to you as I have been burned by USPS's international shipping online estimator in the past.
