The Tengen PCE prototypes are still for sale (except Popils). I know we got Off the Wall recently but it's not as complete unfortunately.

Off The Wall was dumped with no fanfare and was forgotten by 99% of PC Engine owners one week after its release, those Uni Post and Tengen games wouldn't be any different.
