Spriggan complete?  I think I can see that a picture is attached but I am unable to view pictures hosted on external sites :(

What's your solution for playing mega CD games? I know there's a cart you can use, but I sure haven't been able to find one.

To play different regions you can normally just load the BIOS of the given region as a ROM using your Everdrive and the games will work.  It's not 100% though, the most reliable solution is either a bios mod on the unit to make it switchable using banks, or just an extra set of JP hardware.

ah yeah... I don't have an everdrive! my buddy has a region switch cart he bought at a mall in rural pennsylvania in 1993... which sure doesn't help me any.

Yes, It's complete but does not come with Spine Card.

Yes, like Element Said.  Use a Everdrive and load a Japanese Bios or Multi Bios and your good to go.

Sol Feace Was Purchased New and does come with Spine Card but Not Sega Arcade Classics.
