Title: Nevermind, with the IFU, just flip the power switch on the front.
Post by: MattC on November 12, 2006, 03:05:37 PM
Hello,

I kept a PC Engine with IFU and CDRom in storage in the last few months and I decide to power it up due to a possible sale (no money has been sent) and I realize that it will not power up on the IFU LED screen.

I do not know what would of went wrong since I stored it in a shelf for so long.  Are the electronics fragile in those units?

I am just puzzled that it will not power up with the NEC power supply.

Edit

I just realized that with the IFU unit, just flip the front switch.

You turned the green slider switch(on the based) on before turning on the PCE?

I totally forgot about that switch unit near the front of the IFU.

Now it works, just the sad part that I am parting with my PCE due to sale since I am reducing my collection due to space.
