Title: power supply needed

A question for folks in the community - I just purcahsed a new Samsung Frame TV - and when i hooked up my PC Engine Briefcase [modded with cable to hdmi output] into the HDMI end of the Samsung TV - it recognized a device was connected - but when i pressed start - it said i get a message stating "check device power" - the screen is blue and no video/audio output is displayed

i previously ran this unit on a Toshiba via the same HDMI mod without issue -- any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

What kind of HDMI cable? Rad2x?
