Title: Is the AV Booster uncommon?

I don't often see the original PC Engine AV Booster for sale. Is it more uncommon than the Tennokoe Bank 2?

Is it AV only, like a TurboBooster?  If so, I can see it selling poorly compared to one that has save too (like the TurboBooster Plus).  If I were too broke for the pricier option, I'd live with RF and buy neither.

The TurboBooster + seems really rare.  I almost never see them for sale at all.
