You can download the rom and update a .dll file in retroArch to play it on emulation.

Pretty stoked personally as I haven't played the game in over a year.  A pretty fun beat 'em up made by a total scumbag of a company. Fuck the crazy prices and pirate the shit out of it. :)

Linking of roms and isos isn't allowed, but simple discussion of their existence has never been a problem.  In fact, it's been quite common and we've recommended their use regularly.

Is PCE Works peddling free roms and isos or are they selling reproductions at exorbitant prices, occasionally passing them off as legitimate goods, and taking translations without permission or even giving them credit for their work?

Only an idiot would think that's equivalent to someone using a flash drive or burning themselves a cdr.
