Some schools over there actually prohibit their students from holding jobs. I don't know if Nihon university is one of them, but it wouldn't suprise me.

Regardless, this guy is clearly an addict - a 3rd year university student should be able to realize that using the ATM card of a dead guy is a bad idea.

Some people are so fkn messed in head up. Today I heard that L.A. hospitals have been dumping homeless patients in the streets for years, which is news to me. The big headliner was they dumped a paraplegic w/o wheelchair. The Fkn bastards, the guy had nothing on him but a soiled hospital gown and a broken colostomy bag.
