Yes I read about thi son Comcast news,and it is getting old. Its not even that Youtube is stealing anything themselves,as its the users posting the videos to begin with I thought. Basically MTV is attacking its own viewers in a indirect way by just placing the blame on Youtube itself.Maybe more then anything MTV is irked becaus eyou can find more music videos on Youtube then you can MTV itself...

I'm not sure where Viacom came up with the amount of $1 billion. I don't see how they have been financially hurt by youtube content - at least not to such an extent. Sounds like scare tactics and chasing deep pockets, which means that the lawyers will be the only winners.

I hope they win. Google needs to lose money, I'm not a fan of their whole world-domination project.

I hope Viacom falls on its stupid fat face. Notice how they didn't pull this bullshit until YouTube was firmly under control of Google? You can't get blood from a stone...so they weren't going to lift a finger until Google had full ownership of the site.
