I saw some hacking rom and similar stuff on the web. (ex)implode...)
How can I make PCE games?
Is there particular tools?
I have development tool "Devero" but I don`t know how to use it.

Hi hyuri0011,
PC Engine games are very hard to make for the average user. I think the #1 reason is that there isn't a big development community out there for the Turbo/PCE. There are less than 10 people that I know of that actually know how to code for the TG/PCE, so that right there should tell you how bad it is. There is a huge lack of online documentation on how to program for the Turbo/PCE so anyone who wants to learn can't without contacting someone how knows.
The develo CD is a good tool, but if you don't know how to read Japanese, you are pretty much out of luck. Aaron Nanto

At (http://www.zeograd.com/)www.zeograd.com/ (http://www.zeograd.com/) you will find HuC, a C development kit for making PCE/TurboGrafx HuCards and CDs. I use it a lot, and there are quite a number of developers there. There's more information available than one might think. (http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif)
