I'm sure this topic has been done before.
Is there an extra topic like this needed in the separate turbo section?
I guess not as it would be confusing.
Anyways...
I recently and finally bought Dracula X!
Found it on ebay italy in used but good condition and ended up paying 82 euro which i think isn't bad as the CD is in almost mint condition.
This really should be the best arcade like castlevania. :D
I say arcade like as the other known symphony of the night is very good to but you can't REALLY compare them eh?
Also bought Lords of thunder for 15 euro which is great so far for the short time i played it.
Since looking on the PC engine TV section and seeing the video of Beyond shadowgate it was next on my list but i didn't know prices were really high with this one. :(

I just bought a condo and I don't do impressions. Except maybe for Ah-null Schwartzennegger and Sean Connery.
Lovely Super Grafx, pity it doesn't have more games...

I got a few games today.
Neutopia 2: it wasn't as fun as I remembered it.
Dragon Spirit: it wasn't as good as the X68000 version.
Bikkuriman World: It was a lot more fun than I remembered it.
Tennokoe Bank: Didn't really work. :(

Dracula X i got mine on import years ago brand new in its shrink wrap hot out of japan.. initially I was dissappointed with it especially playing it after the super famicom version.... the playability has an 'old skool' feel to it and one thing I missed was the multi direction of the whip as seen in the Castlevania IV..
fast forward..I think its quite an important piece of software especially if you are a REAL castlevania nut sinces its a great transition from the old famicom/NES games to playstation/saturn SoTN.. as it is a prequel to that.
One day I'm gonna have to get another duo again and start saving up for these games again..

Got Neutopia today. This is the 1st game I've received that has the case and game booklet. I really like the way these games are packaged so different then anything else kinda like a CD case but not. As for the game itself it truly is a total Zelda knock off. :-) But it may be one of the best Zelda knock offs I've played I really enjoy it.

Last week i got It came from the desert.
Played it 45 minutes, crappy fmv and the action is like different mini games.
But i definitely can't call it a bad game, it has charm and keeps you somewhat wondering what will be next.
It was worth the 45$ but only just.
Ys I & II also received but I'll play this one if i have a bit more time on my hands, like all RPG's.
Cheers

Keranu and I really dig the story in this game. It gets pretty eerie!
The side-scrolling scenes are truly horrible, but the other action parts aren't too bad. I like the one where people get eaten alive by the ants.
The title screen song rules, and the game will always have a special place in my heart since it was the first Turbo CD I'd purchased.

Well, i missed out on the days of turbo/pc engine so no nostalgia here but i'm discovering everything nec since 2 years now.
It came from the desert reminds of the typical sega cd games but it feels special and better executed compared to the rest.
