Title: Who are these people?

This is probably more than a little offtopic, but have any of you played Saturn Bomberman?

Instead of the traditional multiple colored bombermen, Hudson used 8 of their characters, plus black bomber and white bomber.

These characters are:
Milon(from Milon's secret castle)
Master Higgins(from the Adventure island series)
Bonk(from you-know-where (http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/tongue.gif)  )
Manjimaru, Kabuki, and Kinu (from Far east of Eden)

But 2 characters, I cannot place. Miss Honey (who is a singer with a pink cowboy outfit) and Kotetsu (a balding samurai type.) What game(s) are these two from?

I have since discovered that Miss HONEY is a character from some of Hudson's digital comic games. She is also the mascot for Hudson's 'Hyper fan club':

I still don't know where Kotetsu comes from, though.

ok, i think i know who the samurai guy is...

he's from the "Momo Tarou" series of 6(+?) Hudson games... i've seen them referred to as the "Peach Boys" series but i don't know if that an accurate translation.

Momo Tarou Densetsu Gaiden  
     Momo Tarou Densetsu II  
     Momo Tarou Densetsu Turbo  
     Momo Tarou Katsu Geki  
     Super Momo Tarou Dentetsu  
     Super Momo Tarou Dentetsu II
