Title: Algunos
Post by: vestcoat on June 22, 2007, 07:50:39 AM: I bought Algunos on ebay yesterday because it's a 6-button game I don't have and there were some youtube videos posted a while ago that look pretty cool.
Is it any good? I've never heard anyone say a damn thing about this game. I've also seen it sell anywhere from $20 to $120. What gives?
Any online reviews out there?

Post by: runinruder on June 22, 2007, 08:50:52 AM: I'm really interested in this game because it was made by the same folks who were responsible for Asuka 120%, which is excellent. Word is that Algunos isn't as good as Asuka, however.

In any event, UNIVERSO PC ENGINE has a review up for it.

Post by: lkermel on June 25, 2007, 05:03:08 AM: I wasn't really impressed by Algunos... if you liked Asuka 120%, I would then recommend Advance Variable Geo. It is not as good, but it is another fun fighter, and way better than Algunos.

Advanced V.G. isn't very good. If it's better than Algunos... well, that doesn't bode well for Algunos.
