One could use this :

On a PC engine,
Amazing, to me.
BTW, anyone know where that adapter is in stock?

Or one could just build/commission a much better stick for half the money. The X Arcade sucks ass.

Really? Is that opinion from personal experience? I've never owned one, so I don't know...

Oh yeah, I've used one before. The main reason I don't like them is that I don't like American style sticks (bat handles) and buttons (concave) but also there is the fact they they cost to f*cking much, and the basses are a incredibly think. Its like having an arcade machine on your lap.

Even the best sticks from the Japan, with ultra short throw sticks/buttons, and thin metal basses are cheaper. You could get a Hori Real Arcade Pro, or dozens of other sticks that are, IMO, much better. The HRAP is usually about $100 or so. Other sticks are half of that.

The HRAP isn't my favorite stick of all time or anything, its just that its still easy to find, so I'm mentioning it. You might want to get one of the variants that doesn't have the steal panel on top because that thing gets super fingerprinty in seconds.

Myself, I use one of these:

This is the Saturn version from 1995 or so, but a while back they re-issued it with PS2 compatibility.
