Title: Looking for Ys Book I & II U.S. Version Manual
Post by: Arjak on August 21, 2007, 12:26:24 PM
So, I finally find a "good" copy of Ys Book I & II on ebay for a good Buy It Now price, I order it, and what do you know, the manual is in shreds! Of course, immediately after, a bunch of other copies pop up. ](*,)

So, what I'm wondering is, would anyone be willing to sell me a spare manual in good condition? I would really appreciate it!

Just post your (reasonable) prices (and pictures if you wish) here in this thread or PM me.

Hopefully this is a more reasonable request than my last one, eh?

I'm pretty sure TZD has that one. Ask them! 3 bucks, and it could be yours!

Yeah man, I love TZD, but I wish they could be a little more flexible about the shipping charges. I must have spent over $1000 over the years on stuff from them, and they still charge me slightly inlflated shipping rates.

I wonder what they're going to do when they run out of games. Continue selling the pads and AV cables?

Yeah I've never been fond of TZD's shipping charges either. I also sometimes wish they had PayPal.

I remember when that American Pie site first started up. I had placed an order with TZD but forgotten the total. When I looked at my bank statement it said "American Pie ACH $89.60" or something like that.

I was like "What the f*ck?" for a week or so and thought someone was using my card to buy Internet porn. I almost cancelled my card and tried to dispute the charge but then my TZD order came and I saw the total on the included invoice and finally put two and two together.

Nowadays their orders are actually billed as "TZD" or "TurboZone" or something to prevent confusion with numbskulls like myself.

Good News: My order from TZD came today!

Bad News: No Ys manual, they seem to be out. So I have no way of getting one besides you guys, as far as I can tell.

Hey man, no problem. :) Us Turbo fans gotta stick together, right?? Enjoy the manual. That guy up in New Hampshire is all right. I've bought a lot of stuff from him.
