This (http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/nec/tg16/bm94_titlemusic.mid) is mine (http://www.mediafire.com/?9bxtivgbwzj).
How about you?
(My phone is a Motorola C261 in the unlikely case anyone cares. :P  )

The perfect ringtone to get the attention from ANYONE in the room. Loud, short, and ROCKING...been my ringtone for a while now. My phone is the Sony Ericsson Walkman 600i.
-
I use the Galaga intro theme.
Except the one I have starts off with the sound of the credit/quarter being inserted.

Mine sounds as close to a real phone as possible.

Premanufactured reggae music.

Mine too. I think mine is actually a recording of a phone ringing.

Haha, that's a great ring tone. I should've expected that from you :P .
I have no ring tone because I have no cellular telephone. If I did, I'd probably go Joe's route, but make sure it's a super 80's sounding telephone ring.
-
I use vibrate because ring tones are f*cking obnoxious and for girls. "Everybody look at me! I have a quirky and unique ring tone! Give me attention!" f*ck I hate ring tones.
-
The opening of 'The Great Southern Trendkill' by Pantera. That's my ring tone. Scares the hell out of all people within
15 feet. 8)

I should've expected that from you Razz .
Hehe. Yes, you should have.
-
OMG Aaron's and Ceti's ringtones make me wish my phone could do MP3. I'd use the beginning of "To Make the End Of Battle" from the Ys & Ys II Eternal disc.
-
I have robos theme from chronotrigger 8)

Dude, that's awesome. Every time I play the game I try to imagine him singing his "song" along to the music.

(http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:uk1067LbYe0ekM:http://revwhitewolf.bravehost.com/images/headupyourass.jpg) <----- Will need to use vibrate.

If anyone would like some rag-time, check this site out:

My fiancee is using this particular tune (http://www.trachtman.org/MIDI/Joplin/entrtanr.mid)on her phone. She loves the reactions she gets. :-({|=
-
Why would she get anything other than positive reaction? "The Entertainer" FREAKING RULES! And not just because ice cream usually follows. And damn man, your MIDIs rock. :)
Of course now when the song gets to 0:51 you can't help but mentally add a breakbeat.
-
If I was going to use one, it would be this one (http://www.trachtman.org/MIDI/Morton/jelyblus.mid) even though it's jazz and not a rag
-
I use.... wait, I don't use anything 'cause cell phones are for suckers. If I did have one, I'd stick to vibrate since I wouldn't want to listen to it.

I used to be like you once. :) I only got my first mobile phone last March or April. It's convenient, but I hate that people can get a hold of me anywhere at anytime. I know I could just turn the phone off, but I always forget to do that. #-o

I hardly get any calls on mine. Most of the time, I will make a few quick calls out.
Oh, and the occasional SMS' from my in-laws half-way 'round the world. :P
