BUT I ABSOf*ckINGLUTELY HATE THE SYNC SOFTWARE.
Whether it's automatically adding folders I don't want, making me set up playlists, trying to get this anti-social into "the social" (which Is the most retarded marketing campaign EVER) or generally just being slow, it needs to die, and just let me use My Computer to manage it.
But the player is awesome and highly reccomended. I just wonder why a personal media player has to be so intent on sharing it's content with the world.
Shove the social up your ass, Microsoft. [-(
EDIT: IT'S ONLY FIRST GEN >_<

Yeah I can't stand the software either. I just keep a separate Zune folder on my computer and drag'n drop into
the synch window. Helps me minimize the damage when I accidentally delete a file off my Zune and then the software
turns around and deletes it off my computer too. :?

I hate the fact that when I say "Don't sync my parent's music or my sister's music in the My Documents folder" it replies "Sorry, I'm syncing it anyway".
Seriously, the player is badass. If I could just add stuff to it as a portable hard drive in My Computer, Microsoft would have won the MP3 player war IMO.
Anyone else who wants to buy this, definitely DO! The software isn't as bad as you might think, it just works in it's own special way and you kinda have to deal with it. The audio quality is phenomenal, and best of all IT DOESN'T CUT OUT PARTS OF THE TRACK WHEN YOU SKIP!
I picked up the AC adapter and a Belkin hardshell case for it as well, I'm going to enjoy this thing.

sounds cool dude :)

I'VE FIGURED OUT THE TRICK TO THE SYNC SOFTWARE!! THIS RULES!
-
How much does it cost?
-
200 rupees msrp, 140 rupees at Amazon, 100 rupees at Buy.com, 0 rupees when taken from joggers at the local trail.

200 rupees msrp
That's what I payed, except in American currency instead of Indian/Hyrule money. Yeah I could have got it cheaper online, but honestly, who likes to wait!?
I actually paid closer to $300 to get the Belkin hardshell case (http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=301298), the AC adapter, and a 2 year service plan. Well worth it, IMO.

I love electronics too. In fact, I do stuff to them.
