What's the tastiest part of the turkey? My votes for the giblets.
-
I'm a pig lover so I chose the ham, which is what I had for Thanksgiving this year in October (Canadian Thanksgiving).
But if I was to choose the best part of the turkey it would have to be the breast. Yum Yum. =P~
I want to have lobster this Xmas or on new year's eve. Nothing beats lobster.
-
White meat is gross, so the breast is out.
Leg all the way, baby!
-
I voted leg cuz I'm a drumstick guy 8)

Nobody in my house eats dark meat..more for me...wooo hooo

Hey, me too. I don't see how people can like white meat and not like the dark meat. White meat is like dry fiber.
-
If done right..white meat can be great..but dark is where it's at :)'
-
i'm a breast man myself, at least when it comes to turkeys. :-"
dark meat sucks.
-
None of the above, no turkey this week. I'm planning to make BBQ chicken and beef instead. :P
-
mmmmmm..I like different options to : )

White meat "done right" is like moist dry fiber. Either way, it still has the consistency and taste of dry fiber.
-
Lobster claws or bust. :P
-
My favorite part of the turkey has always been the stuffing. :-({|=
-
stuffing kicks ass :)
-
Fried plantains and turkey breast . . . mmm :P
-
stuffing kicks ass :)
Preach on, brotha!
We are the stuffing & leg crew. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
-
Mmmm...stuffing. I can't forget that, so yummy. Why isn't that on the poll?
-
Oh yeah. Stuffing and cranberry sauce baby!
-
Bunch of frickin whiners! The question is "What's the tastiest part of the turkey?" and not "What's your favorite thing to eat on Thanksgiving?" If that were the query, I would've answered "Too bad the Pilgrims didn't serve cat way back when, then we'd all be eating....." :)
-
Then I guess giblets. I always chop them and mix them into the stuffing and gravy. Mmmm....stuffing and gravy. =P~
-
stuffing makes me ill :-#
-
I'm, like, toootally Jewish so I have to eat ham. Oye ve!
Otherwise that little saggy thing that hangs from the turkey's beak is delicious! I also like the eyeballs.
-
Legs still when it comes to the women then i turn into a breastman
-
^ Surprised it took this long for that comment to come out...lol
-
I chose the thigh, but I was very tempted to choose leg. I hate white meat, it has no flavor and is dry as hell (kind of like women!)
-
egs still when it comes to the women then i turn into a breastman Rolling Eyes
Haha! I really wouldn't have guessed that from your signature pic. :P Though those thighs are nice too....and the wings...........
-
I only eat the breast (I'm picky).
-
I voted Breast.. but I'll eat anything.

Can I be in this crew as well? I was very tempted to choose leg, but I mostly chose thigh because it's better for making sandwiches with the next day. I love stuffing, just as long as it doesn't have apples or raisins or any crap like that in it, which some sick people like to do.

Well, the stuffing is inside the Turkey, so doesn't that count as part of the turkey??
:-k
Keranu, I think I need your help getting to the bottom of this!
-
Well considering that the plastic pop up timer is an option, I think it's more than fair that stuffing counts.

Shit no! Unless your stuffing is made entirely from bits of turkey (that's what the feathers are for).
Well considering that the plastic pop up timer is an option, I think it's more than fair that stuffing counts.
See what happens when you ask for Keranu's help? Pure craziness ensues. The timer is the result of years of genetic research and therefor, part of the bird (just like the handy bag in the cavity for the giblets).
Yeah, I'm demented. So what?
-
So do you actually eat those pop up timers? I got to admit, I'm really interested in trying to now (though I'm sure I've licked them before).

How does licking the turkey timer compare to licking used birthday candles?
-
I bet it tastes like shit compared to b-day candles, haha

Well I haven't licked a turkey timer in years, but I can imagine it tastes pretty good with the turkey juices dripping off of it. I don't really like cake, but I'd say birthday candles are more enjoyable as they are as sharp and jagged as turkey timers plus are a sweet treat.
