NFG Games translated the Famicom Disk System comic!

EDIT: Has anyone modded the FDS to take standard 3.5" disks? That would rank near number one as BEST MOD EVER.

Was the artist Akira Toriyama? That looks like Goku form Dragon Ball.

Damn i want one being a FDS owner myself.

That does look like Toriyama's work actually. :-s Same chubbiness he gives to all his kid characters.

That, or the guy who drew this must have taken a lot of pointers from Toriyama.

yeah..i do not deny its similarity altough there're still big differences to the art of his drawing (for the eye of the connoisseur).

Back when NFG originally put that comic up, I remember he commented that the artist tried hard to copy the style of Dragonball/Doraemon for the FDS comic.  It's probably not Toriyama, but a cheap facsimile of the style.
