I would buy it if I was rich, lol. So, who will buy it? haha.
-
Nobody every buys these stupid actions. I'm pretty sure its just some jack-ass collector who wants to impress us with his pile of crap and is so desperate to impress us he'll pay the insertion fee to do it. See: Crazy Dion's complete Neo Geo Auction from back in the day.
Its funny though that even in extreme cases like this the "avoid US hardware/software" motto still applies. For 10,000USD you could have a complete software/hardware PCE collection which would be five times as many games, a Supergraphx, Arcade Card stuff, etc.

He wouldn't get a total of $10,000 if he sold that collection seperately, so what makes him think that it's worth anywhere near that together? Best quote: "It is not just a collection it is a investment". Yeah, right - real sweet and high yielding investment ya douche. Even if it were worth $10,000 (which it obviously isn't), it would only be worth $11,000 in ten years. Wow, a whole 10% gain. Color me unimpressed.

My favorite part is the line "The perfect gift for that collector in your family!"
I don't know about you guys, but $10,000 just happens to be just over the limit on how much I'll spend on family members.

What do you mean? That sounds just about right for a stocking stuffer, but how would I ever get it to fit? (That's what she said!)

He's got a best offer button. I wonder how much it'll end up selling for, if it sells?
-
I've been thinking about what it would go for.
Estimating $20 each (covers the $5 for some and $40 for others) on the sealed HuCards = $2000
add an extra $500 for the Magical Chase
About $1500 on the CD games
Sealed Duo, about $400
Kisado $100-200 (wild range typically)
So I'm thinking $4000-5000 gets it done, probably at a premium in a package like this, so $5000-6000 wouldn't be crazy.
I bet he'd sell instantly at $8000 and seriously consider $6000-7000
-
That's similar to what I was thinking - about $5000 total as separate auctions but only about $4000 as a giant collection (since large lots are almost always a better deal per game).

No marioman [-X, $10,000 in cold hard cash would be the perfect gift.

That guy is a f*cking parasite. He's sniped two auctions I've bid on in the last month.
-
I was gonna buy it but that $200 shipping fee is a real deal breaker.

HAHA he sniped me a few times too.
One was a sealed Sherlock Holmes 1 for Turbo CD, the other was a NES manuals/maps lot with some rare KOEI stuff that I wanted. I sent him a mail asking if he'd consider selling the stuff from the lot that I wanted if I bought some stuff from his store but he never responded.

He's at it again:

Man he is a parasite for TG16 stuff  I'm glad i'm not worry about having a complete u.s collection.

This auction has ended? Was it sold or pulled?
-
BIN sales usually end after a period if nobody buys them.
It would say "This auction ended early with Buy it Now." or somesuch if someone had bought it.
-
Word - listing expired Jan-03-08 06:58:29 PST with three offers (too bad ebay won't reveal the amount offered).
-
Ugh, and this dumbass collector still has shrink wrap over his Duo that's getting all nasty now.
-
he has recently reposted it and as a courtesy for total douche bag price gouging attitude w/ that lot i made him an offer of $1.99 just to make him mad.

Shit, I hope it isn't too late; I should offer him $2.05 before he accepts.

That's a good idea. We should spam him with pathetic offers. I'll send him one right now.
