They posted the completed English translation over at romhacking.net yesterday, I burned it last night and it runs flawlessly on a modded PS2. So far it's definitely way better than the SNES version, I'm glad I waited all these years to give it a serious play through. They even subtitled all the skits which is pretty damned cool!
