Yeah, I popped in Crash 1 & there's a slight lag.  When you press jump, he jumps right after that.  I hope there's someway they can fix that lag.  Otherwise, it's really cool.  They're working on up to being able to play PS2 & PS3 games as well on the PSP.  The thing I wish Sony would do(& hopefully someone will do) is allow you to rip your games onto the hd, but, Sony will probably never do that, because people could bring a game over to a friends house, & let them rip it.  I don't think there's anyway they could add one of those drm's or something to it(which I normally curse).

Well, you caaaaan do that with PS1 games, but, you need to ditch Sony's firmware to do so.

"The verdict? Well, there's definitely a fair amount of lag, but the games aren't unplayable. "

"...Aren't unplayable", now there's a sterling recommendation for you.

This is something Nintendo would never do because its shoddy. It sounds like some interesting, but ultimately a useless fan hack trick that ruins the integrity of the original work.

Of course the hilarious irony is that the actual fan hack trick works better...

Sony, you suck.
