WTF! Read further on about the "lucky bag" in the subway thing. That's so f*cking stupid, finding an xbox or cell phone or cash just randomly sitting there is illegal? That really is a mockery of the police departments. I have even more disgust for the police now.

Topless sunbathing is legal in the city's parks?  I find that odd in the States.  I understand nude beaches n' stuff, but, public parks?  I personally, as much as I love boobs, don't want to go to a park, & see some chick lying around topless, but I ESPECIALLY don't want to see some dude with his willy hanging out, having a good time!  :lol:

And, if you find a 360 in a bag somewhere, what are you supposed to do?  There's no ID, there's no way to know who's it is.  I suppose maybe you could bring it to some authority figure working in a subway or whatever, but, maybe they'll take it for their own.
