Some times when i check so these so called "video game collections" for sale.
It makes me wounder..is it that hard to break it up for more profits instead.

There's no way this is some person's collection. Many of the games are aweful, not at all what a collector or a video game hobbiest would collect. Hardly any of the games seem to have cases, some of the systems are also broken (or in the case of the atari 5200 broken controllers). 2 copies of Golf for the Virtual Boy? I'm nutty for VB games and I don't even own 1 copy of Golf.
I don't think I would pay 600 for it all, let alone 1600.

Yeah this so called lot doesn't seem that rare to me at all.
Heck most of the games listed for it are rather common.
Same go's for the consoles as well even if they are boxed.

it's a so called "flea market" collection.

Agreed. That or someone finally culling all the doubles from their real collection.
-
Well on the page it says he just sold 12 other systems. Don't know- the games on there- while not rare- are better than some of you are saying. Super R-type. Castlevania for the 64. First seven Megamans and Megaman X. Intellivision Tron games. Ys 1&2. SMS Ys. Super Smash TV. Kid Icarus. Definitely some flavor in there. That TG-CD working intermittently though- that's a bit budgeteer. S&H on this would be a motherf*cker, eh? :P

Looks like the dude raided a Salvation Army thrift shop and post his haul up for auction.

If the dude would break up the shit seperately, I would pay $250 BIN for the Jaguar...

Surely you jest! Buy a Duo instead for half the cost.
P.S. - Don't call me Shirley.
-
Buy a Duo instead for half the cost.
But I want the Jaguar.

Alien vs. Predator, Battlemorph, Cybermorph, Doom, Iron Soldier, Iron Soldier II, Raiden, Super Burnout, Tempest 2000.
Those are my reasons.

I got the Jag. I have most of those games listed. Jag is a pretty cool system, I think he'd like it.
-
That controller, like all Atari controllers before it, looks like a clusterf*ck of shit.

I know. What genius at Atari decided it was a good idea to release a controller with less than 6 action buttons in a post-SF2 world? (the number pad at the bottom doesn't count.)

srry.

Yeah, they released a controller with more buttons later, but that's the controller that should have come with the thing in the first place.
-
Both of them have waaaaay too many buttons, action or numerical notwithstanding. They look like a real pain to hold, about 945% more painful than even a Dreamcast controller.
And WTF is with the numerical pad anyway? Why not just include a 101-key keyboard while you're at it? Jesus.
-
The 3-button one feels more comfortable than the pro controller, imo. Still, they are both a bit awkward.
