Title: FS: 2 boxed Hori's *MODEM-BURNER*
Post by: juggernaut on February 05, 2008, 07:48:09 PM
Up for sale are my 2 boxed Hori's. I would prefer an european buyer, because of the lame shipping-rates. Paypal only.

In the meantime i sold my CoreGrafx, and i have this crush on a jap DC. That's way i'm letting them go. I'm open to offers. These sticks are located in Denmark. Both sticks works like a charm. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

Due to a paintjob, i have removed the feet and screws on the no.2 stick. Thats why it may look a bit not-so-complete.

Can you give an estimate shipping cost to united states?

Please remember these tanks are heavy! :) About 2kg each, so the shipping is expensive. $69 insured to the US coastline. Shippingtime is 8-9 days. And thats to the country only. Not to you. So please allow more time before you recieve them.
There is a faster way. 5-6 days to YOU but thats insane and ridiculous $92.

Yikes! Okay I'm out I can't afford that. Shipping alone costs way too much. You might want to head over to SRK or Shmups forum. There are bunch of stick fanatics who might be interested and alot them live in europe.

Is shipping really that expensive from Europe? I mean, geez. What about shipping via surface? It's not like you're shipping a TV.

I've bought stuff shipped from Europe, and using the slowest method, it's usually only a few bucks.

How much would it be for both controllers with shipping to France?

You should try shipping someplace like the Netherlands to U.S. If it's in box you pay alot for cheap shipping and you don't receive your package for 8 weeks. I want to avoid buying stuff from europe, but it's usually the best place for MSX gear so I have no choice.

Please remember this is a package 5kg+ (10lbs+). It's not a small envelope ;) But i know what you think. I have the same problem. Everytime i want something related to the gaming industry, my money is spend in either US or Japan. And the shipping from both countries are way expensive.

Is this for both controllers and shipping fees? If so, I'll get both.

Thought I'd chime in again and say these are indeed heavy (and heavy duty) tanks. They are expensive to ship but have a great reputation as quality sticks.

When I bought ONE Hori stick for my Saturn, I think it cost $45 to ship alone, maybe more. So this isn't too bad, really. But yeah...shipping sucks sometimes, don't it? ;P

At least I tried. I knew it wouldn't be so cheap
So now, how much for both stick PLUS shipping to France? ;)
