Title: WTB: Jewel cases and instructions

I'm looking for jewel cases and instructions for the following games:

*Alien Crush
*Bloody Wolf
*Bonk's Adventure
*Bonk's Revenge
*JJ & Jeff
*Keith Courage
*Space Harrier

Cracked or broken fronts are OK, since I can fix those.

Dragon's Curse: Case + Manual
Falcon: Box + Tray
Ninja Spirit: Case
Valis III: Case
Fighting Street: Case
