It's a third-party joystick for the TG-16. They're fairly common.
I don't know anything about it's quality, though.

I have one. Its ok. I got it to play shinobi.
-
Is it bottom-weighted?
-
What an ugly controller.
-
Made in U.S.A

Bought one with a similar design by Panasonic. It's non-clicky stick and bet that Ultimate Superstick is too.

No, but it does have 5 suction cups. It still slides around though, haha.

The Beeshu Ultimate SuperStick actually has a clicky stick. The buttons feel like sanwa arcade buttons.
