Title: PC Engine CD Rom & Region Compatibility

Just so I understand correctly...

1.  I cannot play US CD games on the PC Engine CD rom without some sort of mod?  If so, what do I need and can it be user installed? or do I have to send the unit somewhere?  TIA.

You can play any region cd game on any region pc engine/Turbo.
