Out of the ones I have played...Tengai Makyou II - Far East Of Eden - Maru by a landslide.

I voted Gate of Thunder, though Bomberman '93 and Soldier Blade were mighty close contenders.

The same game that tops the japanese all-time best PCE game lists- Tengai Makyou II/Far East Of Eden: Manjimaru.

This was tough.  I've got a few favorites on here- Pop n' Magic, Gate of Thunder, Dorameon Arabian Nights, Soldier Blade, etc.
Gonna have to go with the most demented game on here- the one that for me has the most replay value-
Gekisha Boy.

Gate almost got it, until I decided to give it to Nexzr.

There are a good number of choices to pick from this this list. Although I had originally intended to go with Gate of Thunder, seeing Star Parodier on the list had made me decide to pick it instead. To me, it is one of the most well-loved shooters on the PC Engine, and could possibly be my favorite if I were to play it. It does feature some lovely colorful graphics and a nice soundtrack to go with it, and it even has the ability to choose from the flying PC Engine, Paro Ceasar, and Bomberman ! It is, too, after all, the game I've met Sunteam_Paul.
I'm hoping that Fantasy Star Soldier will be released on Virtual Console sometime soon.

Other good choices to pick include PC Denjin, Shadow of the Beast, Bomberman '93, and Soldier Blade. I may have been unable to vote for nearly all of these titles in the "PC Engine/TurboGrafx-16 Game of the Year" treads, but they are still greatly appreciated.
