Title: What (if any) fuse does a TG-CD have?
Post by: Platinumfungi on May 10, 2008, 05:33:35 AM
I have a friend with a TG-CD that won't power up. He said the adapter tests out fine so I was wondering what type of fuse (if there is one) they have?

Or if anyone has other ideas on why a TG-CD won't power on at all.

Thanks!

Nobody knows?  I can't believe that.... I should have one coming to me in the near future I can take apart but I was hoping someone here could tell me.

Does it get any power because I had one that got power to the front and would not spin so I left it plugged in for about half an hour and the it started to spin and would every time untill it sat for a bit. Also check the conection between cd and dock because I had on that went faulty (same system).

The ac adapter works, but the cd-rom unit does not appear to be getting any power/showing signs of power he said. He's going to ship it to me soon and I'll see if I can get to the bottom of it...
